This Cod Piccata is flaky, buttery, and packed with zesty flavor from lemon, dill, and capers. A quick, elevated seafood dinner you’ll want to make again and again!

- Pat the cod fillets dry and sprinkle generously with seafood seasoning.
- Coat each piece in chicken fry mix or seasoned flour, pressing to adhere.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cod and sear 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Add a spoonful of compound butter and a few lemon slices to the pan as the fish cooks.
- Once the cod is mostly cooked, add fresh dill and capers to the pan. Pour in a splash of seafood stock.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and let everything simmer for 1–2 minutes until warmed through.
- Spoon the sauce over the cod and serve hot, garnished with extra dill and lemon if desired.
