This beach day sandwich is for everyone who told me to try fig jam on my last beach day sandwich 🫶 and yes, it’s delicious and you’re gonna love it! (Oh and repurposing the packaging is always a good idea!) INGREDIENTS ⭐️ 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns ⭐️ 2 tbsp olive oil ⭐️ ½ tsp garlic salt ⭐️ ¼ cup fig jam ⭐️ 4 oz prosciutto ⭐️ 1.5 cups arugula ⭐️ 2 balls burrata ⭐️ ¼ tsp flaky salt ⭐️ 1 tbsp white balsamic glaze INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣ Split the King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns in half and add them to a baking sheet - interior side up. 2️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of garlic salt. 3️⃣ Place under the broiler for a few minutes or until golden brown. 4️⃣ Remove and smear the bottom buns with fig jam. 5️⃣ Top with prosciutto, arugula, burrata, flaky salt, and a drizzle of white balsamic reduction. 6️⃣ Place the other half of the buns on top and enjoy! 🩷 Or snag the full recipe here - https://grilledcheesesocial.com/2024/05/30 /prosciutto-burrata- day sandwich #recipe #quickrecipes #beachday #beachfood

These Burrata, Prosciutto & Fig Jam Pretzel Sliders are the perfect balance of sweet, salty, creamy, and peppery flavors. Toasted pretzel slider buns are layered with rich burrata, savory prosciutto, fresh arugula, sweet fig jam, and finished with a drizzle of white balsamic glaze for an easy gourmet sandwich that’s perfect for entertaining or a quick lunch.

Directions

  1. Preheat the broiler and split the PRETZEL SLIDER BUNS in half, arranging them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle the buns with OLIVE OIL and sprinkle evenly with GARLIC SALT.
  3. Broil for approximately 3 MINUTES, or until lightly golden and toasted.
  4. Spread the bottom buns generously with the FIG JAM.
  5. Layer the PROSCIUTTO evenly over the jam.
  6. Add a generous handful of ARUGULA to each slider.
  7. Tear the BURRATA into pieces and distribute evenly over the arugula.
  8. Sprinkle with FLAKY SALT.
  9. Finish with a drizzle of WHITE BALSAMIC GLAZE.
  10. Top with the remaining pretzel bun halves and serve immediately while the buns are still warm.
