Airfryer Steak Bites
Ingredients:
- 1-1.5 lbs Ribeyes (cut in bite size cubes)
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp saltrnrn
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoke paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Garlic Butter
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (fresh)
- squeeze of lemon or chili flakes for a kick
1. Prep the Steak:
• Pat the ribeye cubes dry with a paper towel.
• Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
2. Preheat Air Fryer:
• Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
3. Cook the Steak Bites:
• Add ribeye cubes to the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
• Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through. For medium doneness, aim for around 130–135°F internal temp.
4. Make the Garlic Butter:
• While the steak cooks, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
• Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
• Stir in parsley and remove from heat.
5. Toss & Serve:
• Once steak bites are done, immediately toss them in the warm garlic butter.
• Optional: drizzle with lemon juice or sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
