
Air-fryer Salmon Bites

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Deskinned Salmon (Cut in squares)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Smoked Paprika
- Avocado Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoons Avocado Mayo
- 1 Tablespoons Sriracha
- 2 Tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Sauce
Instructions
- Season the salmon:
In a bowl, toss salmon chunks with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. - Air fry the salmon:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place salmon bites in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and cooked through. Keep an eye out. All air fryers are not created the same. 😂 - Mix the sauce:
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, avocado mayo, sriracha, rice vinegar, and chili sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy. - Toss or drizzle:
Once the salmon is cooked, toss it gently in the bang bang sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping. - Serve:
Enjoy hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, or over a bed of rice or greens for a full meal.
