Air-fryer Salmon Bites

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon:
    In a bowl, toss salmon chunks with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Air fry the salmon:
    Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place salmon bites in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and cooked through. Keep an eye out. All air fryers are not created the same. 😂
  3. Mix the sauce:
    In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, avocado mayo, sriracha, rice vinegar, and chili sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Toss or drizzle:
    Once the salmon is cooked, toss it gently in the bang bang sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
  5. Serve:
    Enjoy hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, or over a bed of rice or greens for a full meal.
