Sometimes all you need is a perfect cut of beef and a little finesse. This simple ribeye recipe brings out the best in a high-quality steak using olive oil, butter, garlic, and rosemary. A foolproof way to enjoy a flavorful, juicy bite every time.

- Pour olive oil over your ribeye steak and season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and place the steak in the pan. Sear on both sides until nicely browned.
- Add a few tablespoons of butter to the pan along with smashed garlic cloves and fresh rosemary.
- Sauté the aromatics and use a spoon to continuously baste the steak with the melted butter mixture.
- Cook to your desired doneness, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
