Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs; 1 tbsp unsalted butter; 2 tsp sesame oil; 2 tbsp ginger; 1 tbsp minced garlic; 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce; 2 tbsp mirin; 4 cups chicken stock; 1 pack shitake mushrooms; 2 large eggs; 1/2 cup scallions; 2 packs ramen noodles; 1 tsp chili oil (for toppings); 1 tsp salt (to taste); 1 tsp pepper (to taste); 1 tsp chicken bullion powder (to taste); 1 tsp cumin (to taste); 1 tbsp garlic powder (to taste); 1 tbsp onion powder (to taste); 1 tsp woodfire garlic (if you can't find it, use smoked paprika)
