@ashleymarkletreats so we can officially make the viral dot cake at home and it’s my new favorite little treat 🧁🌈 Ingredients: 1 box @Funfetti cake mix 3 eggs 1 cup water 1/2 cup oil funfetti vanilla frosting rainbow nonpareils sprinkles Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until well combined and transfer to a greased square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes, covering with foil halfway through. Allow to cool completely, then press greased ramekin into the center and twist to remove. Allow mini cake to slide out of ramekin and slice through the center to create 2 layers. Place bottom layer back in ramekin, top with a layer of frosting, then place top layer of cake with another layer of frosting spread evenly to the edges. Serve it over rice with a veggie, so good y’all. Ingredients: • 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces • ½ tbsp garlic salt • 1 tbsp black pepper • ¼ cup cornstarch (plus a little extra if you want more crunch) • 2–3 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying) Sauce: • ½ cup honey • ¼ cup soy sauce • 1 tbsp ginger paste • 2–3 tbsp minced garlic To Finish: • Sesame seeds • Green onions, sliced ⸻ Instructions: 1. Season the chicken In a large bowl, add chicken, garlic salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Toss until everything is well coated. (Add a little extra cornstarch if you want it extra crispy.) 2. Cook the chicken Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken in batches and cook until browned on both sides with a light crust. Don’t overcrowd the pan. Remove and set aside. 3. Make the sauce Add all the cooked chicken back to the skillet. Pour in honey, soy sauce, ginger paste, and minced garlic. Toss to coat. 4. Simmer Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and gets sticky, coating all the chicken. 5. Finish & serve Top with sesame seeds and green onions. Cut Hasselback potatoes (thin slices without cutting all the way through). Brush with butter, olive oil, and salt. Roast at 220°C for 30 minutes. 2. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to make thinner pieces. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, garlic powder and olive oil. 3. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 4. Take potatoes out, brush again with butter, garlic, and pepper (get in between the slices), then roast another 20–25 minutes until crispy. 5. In the same pan as the chicken, add garlic and cook briefly. Pour in broth and scrape the pan. Add cream, lemon zest, chili flakes, and Parmesan. Let it simmer until slightly thickened. 6. Add the chicken back into the saucec, add a few lemon slices and simmer for a few minutes until everything is coated and creamy. 7. Grill zucchini or asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper until tender and slightly charred. 8. Plate everything up, spoon the sauce over the chicken (and potatoes). Check out my cookbook through the link in my bio. Notes: If you are doubling the recipe, do not add more lemon slices to the sauce as it will become too bitter. Ingredients: •4 bone-in Chicken Thighs •2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning •2 tsp Garlic Powder •2 tsp Smoked Paprika •1 tsp Kosher Salt •1 tsp Black Pepper •1 tsp Onion Powder •3 tbsp Olive Oil Sauce •2 tbsp Unsalted Butter •¼ cup Honey •4 slices of Lemon •4 tsp minced garlic •1 tbsp freshly squeezed Lemon Juice •2 tsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce Instructions: Prepare the Chicken 1. Clean and pat the thighs dry. In a small bowl, combine the lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Stir in the olive oil to make a seasoning paste. Fully coat the thighs with the paste, spreading it underneath the thigh skin to flavor the meat. Transfer the chicken to a zip-top bag or a container with a lid. Let the thighs marinate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight. 2. When the chicken is done marinating, preheat the oven to 425°F (215°C). Line a large baking pan or 9x13-inch (23x33cm) baking pan with foil, set a baking rack in the pan, and coat the baking rack with nonstick cooking spray. 3. Place the thighs on the rack skin side down. Bake, uncovered. for 30 minutes. Turn over the thighs and continue to bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until cooked through. The internal temperature should be at least 165°F (75°C). When cutting into the chicken near the thickest section, all of the juices should run clear. While the chicken is baking we can prepare the sauce. Prepare the Sauce 4. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter. When the butter is melted, add the honey, lemon slices, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon water. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then cook, periodically stirring the sauce until it thickens, about 5 minutes. 5. When the chicken is done, brush the sauce all over both sides and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the sauce has browned and turned sticky. Allow the thighs to cool for 3 to 5 minutes, then enjoy! #royaleeats

Ingredients Donut Holes * ¾ cup + 2 tbsp 4% Good Culture cottage cheese * 1 cup all-purpose flour * 2 tbsp dutch-processed cocoa powder * 2 tsp baking powder * ¼ tsp baking soda * ¼ tsp salt * 2 tbsp maple syrup * 1 large egg * ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips Icing * ½ cup powdered sugar * 1-2 tbsp milk * ¼ tsp vanilla extract Instructions * Add cottage cheese to a food processor and process until just blended. The texture should be smooth with several small chunks remaining, similar to the texture of greek yogurt. * In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the blended cottage cheese, maple syrup, and egg. Stir well with a spoon. Once it starts to come together, fold in chocolate chips. * Take ~1 ½ tbsp dough at a time and carefully roll into balls. Ingredients For the dough: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour plus a few tablespoons as needed 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For the filling: 1/3 cup dark brown sugar 3 tablespoons butter melted 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon For the glaze: 1/4 cup powdered sugar more if you like more glaze 1 tablespoon milk Instructions Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a small baking dish by lightly spraying with oil or lining with parchment paper (recommended). I recommend using a square 8x8" pan or a circular 8-9" cake pan. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Add the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla. Use a wooden spoon to stir together. Use clean, floured hands to form the mixture into a dough ball. Add extra flour, a tablespoon or two at a time, if the dough is too sticky to handle. Transfer the dough ball to a floured surface and roll into roughly a 10x12" rectangle. Note: Make sure your surface and rolling pin are well floured because the dough is slightly sticky. In a small bowl, mix together the dark brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Add the filling in an even layer to the rolled out dough. Roll tightly from the long edge into a log carefully. Note: the dough will be sticky, so it can be helpful to keep a butter knife or bench scraper handy to lift up the dough as you roll, if it sticks. Slice the log into 6 large cinnamon rolls. @thesapor Chocolate chip banana bread ✨🍌 The first thing I learned how to bake and it’s sooo good every time I make it. Ingredients - 3 ripe bananas, mashed - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (113g) - 2 large eggs, room temp - 1/2 cup granulated sugar (105g) - 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed (118g) - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (270g) - 1/2 cup sour cream (130g) - 3/4 cup chocolate chips (125g) - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tsp baking soda (6g) - 1/4 tsp salt Instructions - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. - In a large bowl, add bananas and mash until smooth leaving a few chunks. - Add melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and mix until smooth. - Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. - In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. - Fold dry ingredients into wet just until combined (do not overmix). - Gently fold in chocolate chips. - Pour batter into prepared pan. Optional: sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top. - Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. @stephvnietea Save my recipe for a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love! ➡️ Recipe: Chicken pan fried noodles 🍜 2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced 4-5 stalks of green onions, separated white parts from green. Slice white parts in half and green parts cut into 3 in pieces. 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into matchstick strips 4-5 garlic cloves, finely minced 1 lb fresh wheat noodles, par cooked (see note below) can also substitute for egg noodles or cooked spaghetti if needed. Cooking oil 1 lb Chicken thighs, 1/4 inch slices 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/4 tsp Baking soda Sauce— 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine 1/2 tbsp Sugar 2 tsp sesame oil 1. Par boil your fresh wheat noodles for 1 minute or cook until al dente for other noodle options. Strain and set aside. 2. Marinate sliced chicken thighs with oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper and baking soda. Mix well and marinade for 15 mins. 3. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine and sugar. Mix well and set aside. 4. In a large wok heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil on high heat. Sauté marinaded chicken until cooked through. Remove from pan. 5. Add 2 more tbsp of cooking oil to the wok then sauté white parts of green onions until fragrant. Add garlic and onions and sauté until onions are slightly translucent. 6. Add cabbage and carrots then sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the par cooked noodles, cooked chicken and pour the sauce over everything. Toss everything together. Cook until the noodles absorb all the sauce about 3-4 mins. 7. Finish it off with a drizzle of sesame oil and the green parts of the the green onions. Give it one last toss. @amysheppardfood Hot Honey Halloumi Schnitzel Did you know, that if you soak halloumi in boiling water, you can roll it out and make a halloumi Schnitzel?! I covered these in cornflakes and fried them, so it's really thin and really crispy and honestly, have it with a few chips and it is the BEST weekend dinner I reckon that hot honey makes literally everything taste better...but especially halloumi. You get this sweet, spicy, crispy combo that's so good, it pretty hard to beat. I've written up the recipe for the halloumi below and I would love to know if you're going to give this one a try. A x Makes 4 halloumi steaks 2 blocks of halloumi (cut carefully in half lengthways) 1 large egg beaten A large handful of flour 100g cornflakes crushed to a crumb Oil for frying 130g honey 1 heaped tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp vinegar (I used vinegar from a jalepeno jar) Place the halloumi quarters in boiling water and leave to soak for 20 minutes. Carefully lift them from the pan (one at a time, leave the rest in while you bread the halloumi) and place them on a double sheet of kitchen roll. Place more kitchen roll on top of the halloumi and gently roll it out. When it's thin and double the size leave it to cool completely before moving it. Roll it in flour until coated then tap off excess Dip it in beaten egg, then place on a plate of cornflake crumbs, making sure each side is covered. Repeat with the rest of the halloumi. Fry for a couple of minutes on each side until crisp and golden brown. Place the honey, chilli flakes and vinegar into a pan and gently heat until bubbling. INGREDIENTS 5 small/medium potatoes olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (for potatoes) 1 lb ground beef 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp each of cumin, paprika, and dried cilantro 1 tbsp minced garlic Shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups white Queso Sour cream Cilantro INSTRUCTIONS Peel, wash potatoes, and cut up into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (I don’t use exact measurements for this part). Cook potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any extra grease. Season with salt, cayenne, chili powder, cumin, paprika, dried cilantro, and black pepper. Add minced garlic and stir well. Once the potatoes and ground beef are cooked combine them together in the skillet and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Put the skillet in the oven at 400 degrees F to melt the cheese. Pour warmed up Queso over them. Top with sour cream and cilantro. Mmmmmm!🤤💕 ✨Save this recipe for later✨ Chicken: 4 chicken thighs, deboned, skin on 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt Garlic Butter Sauce: 3 garlic cloves, minced or paste 1/2 cup unsalted butter A handful of parsley, chopped 1/4 tsp salt Pinch of black pepper Instructions: 1- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. 2- Season the chicken with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt on both sides. 3- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). 4- Place the chicken thighs skin side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes. 5- Flip the chicken thighs skin side up and cook for an additional 15 minutes at 380°F or until the skin is fully crispy. 6- While the chicken cooks, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to the melted butter. Stir until fragrant. 7- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and brush with the garlic butter sauce.
