Ingredients: 4 tbsp all purpose flour; 4 tbsp butter; 4 1/2 cups half and half; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp onion powder; 1 tsp black pepper; 1/2 tsp paprika; 1/2 tsp smoked paprika; 1 dash cayenne pepper; 1 lb pasta of your choice; 1 cup pasta water; 2 cups Colby Jack cheese; 1 cup Gruyere; 2 cups Fontina (and cut up some cubes); 1 cup smoked Gouda
