Ingredients: 3 cups iceberg lettuce (chopped); 3 cups romaine lettuce (chopped); 1/2 lb cooked chicken breast (chopped); 1 can garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed); 1/2 cup cucumber (chopped); 1/2 red onion (chopped); 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved); 1/2 cup kalamata olives (chopped); 1/4 cup pepperoncini (chopped); 1/2 cup grass-fed provolone (chopped or torn); 1/2 cup shaved parmesan (for topping); 1/3 cup olive oil; 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar; 1 tsp Dijon mustard; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp black pepper; 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional for heat)
