  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper, and chili flakes if using.
