Mini Chopped Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 lb grass fed ground beef (80/20)
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 2 packets Sazon
- Saxon all-purpose seasoning (to taste)
- 8 slices American cheese
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian or Brioche)
- lettuce (shredded & thinly sliced)
- tomato slices (optional)
- Mayo (ketchup, or your favorite sauce)
Ingredients are subject to availability at local stores. Unavailable items will be automatically substituted at best-effort.
- Cook the beef – In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onions until softened. Add ground beef. Drain grease from the ground beef. Season with Sazon, Saxon all-purpose, and black pepper. Cook until browned, breaking up the meat.
- Melt the cheese – place 4 cheese slices on top of the beef, let them melt, then mix everything together until cheesy and well combined.
- Toast the buns – Lightly toast slider buns (optional).
- Assemble – Spread mayo or ketchup on the buns, add lettuce and tomato if using, then spoon on the cheesy beef mixture. Add 4 slices of cheese on top.
- Serve – Top with the bun and serve warm for the ultimate game-day bite!
