Ina Garten’s Brownie Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Unsalted Butter (2 Sticks)
- 4 Large Eggs (Room Temp)
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cup Coco Powder (Good Cocoa Powder)
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- Vanilla Ice Cream (For Serving)

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.

Beat the eggs and sugar together for about 5 minutes until thick and pale.

Slowly mix in the melted butter.

Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Fold gently until smooth.

Stir in vanilla extract.

Pour into a buttered 8×8 baking dish.

Place that dish into a larger roasting pan and carefully pour hot water around it until it reaches halfway up the sides (water bath).

Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes top set, center still soft and gooey.
Let rest 10–15 minutes, then scoop warm.
