Honey Lemon Spritz

Ingredients:

  •   1 oz Gin 
  •   3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  •   1/2 oz Honey Syrup (1/2 Cup Honey + 1/2 Cup Warm Water)
  •   3/4 oz Lemon Juice  (Fresh!! )
  •   2-3 oz Prosecco
  •   Splash Soda Water (Optional)
  •   Lemon Wheel  (For garnish )

Ingredients are subject to availability at local stores. Unavailable items will be automatically substituted at best-effort.

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice
  2. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, honey syrup, and lemon juice
  3. Stir gently
  4. Top with prosecco + a splash of soda water
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist
