Step 1: Protein Prep (10 minutes)

Cook 1 lb chicken breast and 6 hard-boiled eggs. Store in airtight containers.

Step 2: Produce Prep (10 minutes)

Wash and portion apples, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Store in grab-and-go containers.

Step 3: Lunchbox Station (10 minutes)

Prepare cheese cubes, ranch dip cups, peanut butter dip cups, cottage cheese containers, and cracker portions. Place everything together in one section of the fridge.

Pro Tip
