Loaded Chicken Cheddar Bacon Ranch Tater Tots
I’m taking crispy tater tots and loading them up with some of my favorite toppings. This recipe brings together rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch dressing, and green onions for a cheesy, savory combination that’s easy to put together. It’s a great way to turn a bag of tater tots and leftover chicken into something worth digging into.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Spread the tater tots evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- While the tots bake, dice the rotisserie chicken, shred the cheddar cheese, prepare the bacon for topping, and chop the green onions.
- Once the tots are crispy, add the diced rotisserie chicken and shredded cheddar cheese. Heat until the chicken is hot throughout and the cheese is melted.
- Top with the prepared bacon, drizzle with ranch dressing, and finish with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
My Tip:
Let the tater tots get crispy before adding the toppings. That way, they hold up better under the chicken, melted cheese, bacon, and ranch.
