Creamy Broccoli and Ground Beef Pasta

October 14, 2026

If you need a filling recipe that doesn’t require a complicated ingredient list, this creamy broccoli and ground beef pasta is worth making. I’m bringing together seasoned ground beef, tender broccoli, pasta, and a creamy cheddar sauce with a little Worcestershire for extra flavor. It’s simple, satisfying, and a great way to make familiar ingredients taste like something special.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown and crumble the ground beef until fully cooked. Stir in the Adobo seasoning, then remove the beef from the skillet.
  3. Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook until tender.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Add the cheddar cheese and stir gently until the cheese melts and the sauce comes together.
  5. Return the seasoned ground beef to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until the beef, broccoli, and pasta are evenly coated in the creamy cheese sauce. Serve warm.

My Tip:
Keep the heat gentle when adding the cheddar to the cream. Stir until everything melts together so you get a smooth sauce that coats the pasta instead of separating.
