1. Street Corn Chicken Bowl
Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1

Ingredients:
- 1 microwave rice cup
- 4 oz shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup frozen corn
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- Juice of ½ lime
- 2 tbsp shredded Mexican cheese
- Sprinkle chili powder
- Pinch salt
Instructions:
- Microwave rice according to package directions.
- Microwave corn for 30–45 seconds.
- Heat chicken for 30 seconds.
- In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Add rice to a bowl.
- Top with chicken and corn.
- Drizzle crema over top.
- Finish with cheese.
2. Hot Honey Chicken Flatbread
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 naan
- 4 oz grilled chicken strips
- ¼ cup mozzarella
- Handful spinach
- 1 tbsp hot honey
Instructions:
- Place naan on plate or baking sheet.
- Scatter spinach evenly.
- Add chicken pieces.
- Sprinkle mozzarella.
- Microwave 45–60 seconds or toast 3–4 minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey before serving.
3. Buffalo Chicken Crunch Wrap
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 tortilla
- 4 oz chicken
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- ½ cup slaw mix
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Small handful tortilla strips
Instructions:
- Mix chicken and buffalo sauce.
- Lay tortilla flat.
- Add slaw in center.
- Add buffalo chicken.
- Top with yogurt and tortilla strips.
- Fold edges inward.
- Toast in pan or microwave.
4. Mediterranean Protein Plate
Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- ¼ cup hummus
- ½ cucumber sliced
- ½ cup tomatoes
- ¼ cup chickpeas
- 1 naan
Instructions:
- Slice eggs in half.
- Warm naan if desired.
- Arrange vegetables around hummus.
- Add chickpeas.
- Sprinkle everything seasoning.

Ingredients:
- 1 rice cup

Ingredients:
- 1 rice cup
- 1 salmon packet
- ½ cucumber diced
- ¼ avocado diced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
- Heat rice.
- Add salmon on top.
- Add cucumber and avocado.
- Drizzle soy sauce.

Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole grain bread

- 1 tbsp pesto

- Spinach
Instructions:
