Instructions:

  1. Muddle the jalapeño slices in a shaker or glass with the lime juice and agave/honey.

  2. Add pineapple juice and shake or stir well.

  3. Fill a glass with ice, strain the mixture over it.

  4. Top with sparkling water, stir gently.

  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and an extra jalapeño slice for flair.

🔥 Tips & Variations:

  • Mild version: Remove seeds from jalapeño or use cucumber instead.
