
Pineapple Jalapeno Cooler

Ingredients:
Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings.
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice (or store-bought, 100% juice)
- 1-2 thin slices fresh jalapeno (adjust for heat)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda

Ice cubes
- slice pineapple wedge and jalapeno ( for garnish)
Instructions:

Muddle the jalapeño slices in a shaker or glass with the lime juice and agave/honey.

Add pineapple juice and shake or stir well.

Fill a glass with ice, strain the mixture over it.

Top with sparkling water, stir gently.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and an extra jalapeño slice for flair.
